First Impressions

persevers ☄ First Impressions ♚ VISUAL: Standing at 5'11" with a muscular build and long messy hair that covers the right half of his face, Rokurou's already distinctive appearance is topped off by the black face markings that peek out from behind his bangs and extend down to the base of his neck. Those who get a glimpse of the markings under his hair (either just by a stray breeze or catching him at the right angle) might note that they give his right eye a rather inhuman appearance. ♚ FASHION: Rokurou's in the habit of donning clothes from his ancestral homeland, which is to say, his default outfit takes some cues from samurai because fantasy Japan is a thing in Berseria's world. With that said, he's rather asymmetrical with how he's dressed, with only his left side fully wearing his kimono and his right leaving his armour exposed. No matter what outfit he's wearing though, he'll always insist on wearing the great sword on his back (which he will have back as of Week 1,Thursday!!). ♚ DEMEANOUR: Relaxed and with a near-perpetual smile on his face, some might consider Rokurou the happy-go-lucky type who never lets anything get him down. While his posture isn't necessarily bad per se, he's definitely more casual than anything else and isn't particularly bothered by a lack of politeness or manners. ♚ SOUND: Rokurou is voiced by Daisuke Kishio in Japanese and Ben Diskin in English. Daisuke Kishio tends to focus more on his zeal and enthusiasm in his delivery while Ben Diskin plays up more of his casual and relaxed side. Either way, his speech is mostly casual with the occasional insertion of more formal phrasing, and he states things rather bluntly most of the time. ♚ SCENT: ...Honestly his clothes probably don't smell the most clean considering everything he's been through, but it's serviceable. If he's trained recently he might smell a little more sweaty but otherwise he'll be clean. ♚ MENTAL INFORMATION: Probs not applicable with nerfs but lbr do you really want to listen in on how much he wants to find Stormhowl. ♚ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Unsure if this applies here with nerfs but blah blah he's a Tales character, he can normally do artes with all sorts of effects like exploding a ball of fire in someone's face. If your character is spiritually inclined and retains those senses they might also feel something ominous coming off him but otherwise that's it. ☄ OOC ♚ BACKTAGGING: I prioritize the current week's threads, but I'll always try and backtag as much as possible! Also, if there's a thread I dropped and you'd like to pick it up again, feel free to contact me then too! ♚ FOURTHWALLING: Maybe bring it up to me beforehand if this is a thing you wanna do?! Rokurou is laid back enough that this sort of thing wouldn't break him but I'd still like a heads up since this is opening up a can of worms in many, many ways. ♚ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Sure?? Depending on what's being done, he'll either be amused or confused about it but either way, he won't really react badly to it. ♚ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Go for it! Rokurou's idea of a good time is literally getting into swordfights with people, so he won't have an issue with this but he also might not hold back unless both parties agree it's just a spar or something. Also definitely hit me up if you're considering serious injuries or anything like that, just so we can work things out. ♚ RELATIONSHIPS: Sure! ...I say this OOCly but this is a man who is practically married to his craft, so I'm not sure how well it'd go but I'd be willing to roll with it if it's how things end up.
